Air Purge Glove Removal Module

Manual removal of unstripped or half-stripped gloves is inefficient, unstable, and poses safety risks. Our Air-Blowing Glove Removal Module efficiently clears unstripped and half-stripped gloves, achieving a mold-clearing rate of 99%. It’s safe and reliable, with speeds up to 220 gloves per minute.

Fully Automated Glove Layering, Stacking, and Counting Machine

This fully automated high-speed stack counting machine is specifically designed for disposable glove production lines. It automatically pulls gloves from the dipping line based on size and pre-set quantity, offering precise stacking and counting.

Glove Demolding

The glove must retain four fingers below the thumb after demolding.

Wrist Neatness

The wrist edge after demolding must be <25mm.

Easy Removal

Gloves should be easily removed from the mold.

Automated Stacking & Counting

Automatically pulls down gloves from the dipping line according to size and quantity settings, providing fast and accurate stacking.

High Flexibility

The equipment can accommodate molds with limited rotation flexibility.

Tech Automated Packing Machine

Our automated packing machine is ideal for in-line packaging of medical disposable nitrile gloves and PVC gloves. It is versatile and compatible with various carton specifications and glove types. It features quick model change functionality, allowing users to input the dimensions of new carton models to automatically generate coordinate values.
